She got us way above asking on the first day, and negotiated a 30-day post-occupancy, appraisal gap, etc. More importantly, she kept me calm throughout the entire process and managed my anxiety which is the hardest part of her job I’m sure. It wasn’t an easy transaction (no fault of her own), but she navigated it confidently and knew exactly what to do. She helped distract my kids during long days and offered to come and help when I needed the tiniest thing. She was always available and literally never missed a call or text. I would recommend her in any transaction. I would use her with a 200k home or a 6 million home. I will for sure be using her if I ever need a Realtor in the future!
